Simple App refund policy

Simple.Life Apps Inc. (“Simple”) owns the website located at simple.life (the “Site”) and provides Intermittent Fasting services via the Site and mobile device application (the “App”).

IF YOU PURCHASES SUBSCRIPTION VIA OUR WEBSITE

You are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results with the customized intermittent fasting program and you met ALL of the following conditions:

  • Purchased your quarterly subscription (“Subscription”) via the Site.
  • Contacted us within 30 days after your initial purchase of the customized intermittent fasting program and before the end of your subscription period.
  • Followed the customized program at least for 15 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the initial purchase of the customized intermittent fasting program.
  • Able to demonstrate you followed the customized intermittent fasting program pursuant to the requirements stated below in Section “How to demonstrate that you have followed the program.”

We will review your application and notify you (by email) if your application is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Please be aware that a subscription purchased via the Site does not cancel automatically if you delete the application. You should cancel the subscription before deletion of the App.

If you want to cancel your subscription, it should be done no less than 24 hours before the date of its renewal.

IF YOU PURCHASED SUBSCRIPTION VIA ANY APP STORE

If you purchased your subscription via the app store or any distribution platform (like the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore) where our mobile application is made available (each, an “App Provider”), cancel the renewal of your subscription with the App Provider.

Customers who subscribed to Simple through an App Provider will need to reach out to Apple or Google Play directly with any refund requests. Apple is typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (at their discretion). Customers who subscribed to Simple through iTunes will need to reach out to Apple directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/.

Customers who subscribed to Simple through Google Play will need to follow instructions at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.

Lifetime subscription and gift card purchases are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that due to the downloadable nature of the Workout and Nutrition workbooks, purchases are non-refundable.

Please note that due to the digital nature of the emotional eating course, purchase is non-refundable

HOW TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE PROGRAM

You can demonstrate that you have followed the customized intermittent fasting program if:

  • You can provide the tracking data of the intermittent fasting program in your Simple app
  • Your tracking data includes photos of meals, which you have prepared/ordered during the time of our customized intermittent fasting program.

Note for residents of certain US states. If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

Note for the UK residents. If you are a UK resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the agreement once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.

Please note: only the fulfillment of the above requirements will allow you to receive a complete refund under the Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy was posted on May 5, 2022. It is effective upon acceptance for new users and from May 5, 2022, for all other users. The Refund Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Service unless otherwise provided for therein.

In the event of any difference in meaning, version, or interpretation between the English language version of this Refund Policy available at https://simple.life/refund.htm, and any translation, the English language version will prevail.
